By creating an account, signing in or using LeadSite, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use LeadSite.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and LeadSite (“we”, “us” or “our”), operated from Brazil.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the company you represent. LeadSite is a business tool intended for professional use.
LeadSite helps you find local businesses, generate professional websites with the assistance of artificial intelligence, and produce outreach scripts. Business data shown in the product (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings and reviews) is sourced from publicly available services, including Google’s business listings, and is provided as-is.
Websites and texts generated by AI are drafts for you to review. You are responsible for the content you publish and for how you contact the businesses you find through LeadSite.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Usage quotas (searches, generated sites, scripts) renew per billing cycle and do not roll over.
14-day cooling-off period. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have a legal right to cancel your first purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / EU Consumer Rights Directive).
Immediate access. By subscribing, you ask us to give you access to the service immediately, within the cooling-off period. If you cancel within the 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the usage already consumed (searches performed, websites generated); if you have not meaningfully used the service, you receive a full refund. If you use up your plan's monthly quotas within the period, the service is considered fully performed and the right to cancel that charge lapses.
Renewals. Renewal charges are not covered by the cooling-off right, but you can cancel at any time so your subscription simply does not renew, keeping access until the end of the paid period. Where a refund of a renewal is required by the law of your country, we honour it.
How to ask. E-mail adm@useleadsite.com from the account’s address stating that you want to cancel. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights, including remedies for a service not provided with reasonable care and skill (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and equivalent EU rules).
Websites you generate can be published on our infrastructure (subdomains or your own domain). You are the controller of the content of those sites and of your relationship with your clients. We may remove published sites that breach these Terms.
The platform, its design, code and brand belong to us. The content you create with LeadSite (generated sites and texts, as customised by you) is yours to use commercially. Third-party data (such as photos and reviews from public listings) remains subject to the terms of its sources.
LeadSite is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the data sourced from public listings is accurate or current, that AI-generated content is error-free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
You may stop using LeadSite and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 9–11) survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the product or by e-mail. Continued use after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil — without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence, which these Terms do not and cannot remove.
